When buying a property, house or other building, you want to know :- The detailed condition of the property. What repairs are required and the possible methods and costs of these repairs. What improvements (extensions etc) could be made and the cost of these. Whether the intended purchase price is reasonable bearing the above in mind.
If a property has suffered movement, I will report as to whether this is serious or not and will make clear recommendations as to what work is required to rectify the problem. I spent 3 years working for a firm specialising in rectifying structural problems.
